AB Plastic Surgery Dermatology Clinic Introduces ‘ReturnCell Stem Cell Skin Booster’

AB Plastic Surgery Dermatology Clinic has announced the introduction of the “ReturnCell Stem Cell Skin Booster,” a treatment designed to regenerate the skin starting at the cellular level.

The ReturnCell Stem Cell Skin Booster works by extracting stem cells from the patient’s own blood, concentrating them, and injecting them directly into the skin. Unlike typical skin booster treatments—which focus on supplying nutrients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and amino acids—this procedure targets the regeneration of the skin cells themselves.

In particular, unlike PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment that uses only platelets, this method focuses on isolating hematopoietic stem cells, achieving up to six times higher cell concentration compared to whole blood. It can provide up to a 98% cell survival rate along with high cell safety and high-concentration stem cell acquisition. Additionally, it delivers five essential “Total Cells” needed for regeneration, helping to activate skin repair.

The treatment also supports cell-level regeneration, antioxidant effects, enhanced immunity, and improved overall condition. From a skin perspective, it may help improve radiance, elasticity, redness, pigmentation, and pore size.

Director Kim Seung-hyun of AB Plastic Surgery Dermatology Clinic emphasized, “Stem cell procedures require precise technique and certified equipment, so it’s crucial to receive treatment at a verified medical institution. Low-cost treatments or unauthorized devices may cause side effects.” He added, “To maximize treatment results, patients should refrain from drinking and smoking for at least two weeks after the procedure and avoid steroids, anti-inflammatory medications, medicated patches, and herbal medicine that could affect stem cell regeneration.”
