It is the world's most authoritative and credible certification body that evaluates the informatization level of medical institutions with the goal of improving medical quality, patient safety, efficiency and accessibility.​Seoul National University Bundang Hospital affirmed again that it is a world-class informatization model hospital by receiving the highest Stage 7, in the 2019 assessment following 2010 and 2016.The certification team conducted assessment, demonstrating the performance of BESTCare 2.0 of the information system of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and testing the system on the sites including patients wards, intensive care units, emergency rooms, pharmacies, examination units, and medical records office. On the 7th, Seoul National University Bundang Hospital announced that the global next-generation healthcare information system BESTCare 2.0 obtained HIMSS certification for three consecutive years in 2010.
