A major k-pop&k-medicine complex town will be built in Malaysia by SM Entertainment, Bobath's Memorial Hospital, and other institutes. They cooperate with 'Khazanah National Berhad' where is the Government of Malaysia's strategic investment fund. The biggest issue is that Malaysian government will offer the land-grant to investors for 99 years. This town will be equipped with various kinds of medical services like dental clinics, dermatology clinics, and rehabilitations.
