Chonnam National University Hospital(CNUH)’s medical team (called ‘Love Share Medical Corps’) led by the president, Taek-Rim Yoon ran global medical service activities in Bavet, Cambodia between 26 and 29 March. Cambodia is economically deprived region and has poor medical environment. In order to provide healthcare benefit, improve international cooperation and practice humanitarianism, Love Share Medical Cops which is composed of 17 medical staffs (9 doctors, 6 nurses, 1 pharmacist, 1 administrative staff) treated a total of 3,028 patients during this period. The president of CNUH, Taek-Rim Yoon said, “It was a meaningful time to help Cambodian people who are suffering from disease and poverty. We would like to encourage patients wherever CNUH’s medical help is needed.”
