Asan Medical Center, one of the biggest hospitals in Korea, opened a medical tourism fair in Kazakhstan. A group of officials working for Asan Medical Center's Health Promotion Clinic stayed in Almaty, Kazakhstan from November 30th to December 2nd, 2015. They met around 20 travel agencies and had a presentation about advanced medical service of Asan Medical Center. Ki-Dong Choi, Head of the Asan Health Promotion Clinic, said that 'Since 2014, the number of Kazakhstan patients, who visited Asan Medical Center's Health Promotion Center, has been the top among all the foreign visitors. Our team would like to gather useful information to develop customized service for Kazakhstan patients and collect their requests.' It was 1989 when Asan Medical Center Health Promotion Clinic was opened to the public and every year, about 1,300 international patients visited the clinic.
