'We, coordinators working for international patients do not simply translate words and sentences but should fully understand patient’s needs as a communicator.' 3 coordinators; Kyung-Mi Park (Chinese Translator), Ji-Soo Kim (Russian Translator), Ah-Reum Cha (English Translator) from Konyang University Hospital said. They have gained so much love from overseas patients who visited Konyang University Hospital. They are in charge of reservation, consultation, and medical translation. Furthermore, research and analysis on their international visitors are their job as well. They agreed that trust between coordinators and international patients is the key success to attract more numbers of patients from the world.
