A Liver Transplant Team from Indonesia Adam Malik Hospital have medical training and education from August 31st until 4th September. The team has 6 surgeons including Dr. Hudi Irwan and they came to PNUYH in accordance with the MOU of liver transplant medical cooperation between two hospitals, agreed on March 23rd. After the Indonesian team finishes surgical observation and system training, a team organized by PNUYH will fly to Indonesia and join performing liver transplantation for Indonesian patients. This 3-step progress (Inviting-MOU-Local practice) is considered a successful and ideal training model for foreign surgeons that will spread PNUYH's excellent surgical and medical techniques to the world.
