AB Plastic Surgery Successfully Concludes the Global Medical Symposium \'2026 IFAAS Facial Contouring Symposium\'

AB Plastic Surgery announced that it successfully hosted the '2026 IFAAS (International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science) Facial Contouring International Academic Symposium' on the 18th, with the attendance of prominent plastic surgeons from both Korea and abroad.

The IFAAS Academic Symposium is a premier international platform where plastic surgeons from around the world gather to share the latest aesthetic medical techniques and clinical experiences. It is a global medical event held annually to foster academic discussions aimed at advancing aesthetic surgery and establishing a safer medical environment.

This year’s IFAAS Facial Contouring International Academic Symposium was held at AB Plastic Surgery, featuring an academic program built upon the clinic's extensive accumulated clinical data. Dr. Dong-pil Cho, Chief Representative of AB Plastic Surgery, participated as the keynote speaker, delivering a lecture focused on advanced techniques and clinical insights in facial contouring surgery. Notably, Dr. Cho has been invited as a guest speaker to this symposium for three consecutive years, sharing his rich clinical experience and expertise in the field.

The event featured in-depth academic lectures alongside a Live Surgery session to demonstrate the latest facial contouring techniques and clinical protocols. In particular, the live demonstration of a facial contouring procedure—utilizing 3D-CT based precision diagnosis to analyze the patient's skeletal structure and nerve distribution while minimizing the risk of nerve damage—drew significant attention from international medical professionals.

The live surgery received enthusiastic feedback from the participating overseas doctors. An international plastic surgeon who attended the symposium remarked, "Dr. Dong-pil Cho's deep anatomical understanding and precise osteotomy techniques were highly impressive.
