A 25-year old Vietnamese immigrant Phan Binh Dinh came to Korea in 2011. At first, he worked as a fisherman. However, due to his boss's physical violence, he had to escape from the ship. He is now working as a day laborer on construction sites. One day in December 2015, he had to be admitted to Ulsan University Hospital and was diagnosed with acute pneumonia. His fever went over 40 degrees with pulmonary edema as well as difficulty in breathing. His next problem was medical expenses over 10 million won, which he could not afford at all. Thankfully, Ulsan University Hospital and regional communities decided to support his medical expense. Mr. Dinh thanked to every supporter in Ulsan, Korea.
