ソウル

仁川（インチョン）

釜山に次ぐ韓国第２の港町で広域市です。韓国戦争（朝鮮戦争）時のマッカーサー将軍の 仁川上陸作戦を記念した自由公園や新浦文化の通り、チャイナタウン、海の眺めがロマンチックな月尾島の文化の通りなどを歩いてみましょう。また、水門開閉式海水浴場をはじめ、ボート、釣り場など各種のレジャー施設を備えている松島遊園地も有名です。

２００１年、東北アジアのハブ空港の役割を果たす仁川国際空港の開港で、仁川は国際都市として発展しつつあります。

gyeonggi-do

located in the mid-western part of korea, gyeonggi-do embraces seoul and incheon.

it offers a variety of beautiful tourist destinations and cultural facilities along the hangang river.

gyeonggi-do is also proud embody traditional korea culture with such places as the suwon hwaseong fortress, the korea folk village and icheon, which is famous for ceramics.

gangwon-do

located in the mid-eastern part of the korean peninsula and flanked by the sea and the mountains, gangwon-do is full of natural attractions.

chungcheongnam-do

located in the central part of Korea, Chungcheongnam-do is mostly composed of plains.

the railways and highways cross each other here and thus it has naturally become a vital site for transportation.

mt. Gyeryongsan and Geumgang River are the scenic prides of Chungcheongnam-do.

大田（テジョン）

大田は韓国の中心に位置し、鉄道、高速道路の京釜線（ソウル～釜山）と湖南線（ソウル～光州・木浦）の分岐点で、交通の要所となっています。

また大田には先端科学の現況を一目で見られるエキスポ科学公園（042-866-5114）や大徳研究団地、儒城（ユソン）温泉、政府大田躰庁舎（１１の行政機関）などがあります。近郊には鶏龍山国立公園、扶余、公州の文化遺跡があり、観光名所として脚光を浴びています。特に大徳研究団地には科学文化センター、国立中央科学館など６０あまりの科学関連機関があり、韓国の最先端技術の中心としての役割を果たしています。

gyeongsangbuk-do

The Buddhist culture of the Silla Kingdom and the Confucian culture of the Joseon Dynasty are well preserved in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Among a wide variety of tourist attractions, Gyeongju, the capital of the Silla Kingdom, and Andong Hahoe Village are most celebrated.

Mt. Juwangsan National Park, the fine beaches, and the natural springs provide excellent tourist destinations.

daegu

Daegu is one of the largest cities in Korea and it is a basin surrounded by mountains.

The major tourist attractions include Mt. Biseulsan Provincial Park and Mt. Palgongsan Provincial Park. In Mt. Biseulsan Park, there is a plain four kilometers in diameter where the blossom, of the azalea and purple eulalia offers exquisite scenery in the spring and fall.

gyeongsangnam-do

Gyeongsangnam-do is rich in tourist sites, particularly the mountains and national marine parks.

Haeinsa Temple and Tongdosa Temple provide visitors the opportunity to visit two of the largest temples in Korea.

Busan is the second largest city in Korea and plays a major role in international trade and cultural exchanges.

釜山（プサン）

人口約380万人、韓国の南の玄関口で、日本からのアクセスが良いため、ここから旅を始める人もたくさんいます。

距離的な近さが遥か昔から日本との交流を盛んにし、多くの歴史を残してきました。釜山の人は解放的な港町気質ですから、大いに触れ合いを楽しみましょう。

jeollabuk-do

Jeollabuk-do is bountiful in traditional cultural heritages and historical sites.

It is where pansori (traditional Korean opera) originated.

It is also home to Namwon, the setting of the famous pansori : Chunhyangjeon, and Jeonju, a city famous for delicate and delectable foods.

Jeollabuk-do is easy to access and visitors can enjoy natural tourist attractions such as Mt. Naejangsan, Byeonsan Peninsula and Mt. Deogyusan, as well as other traditional Korean cultural experiences.

jeollanam-do

Jeollanam-do is rich in Korean folk customs.

Traditional Korean cultural practices such as pansori (Korean opera) is well preserved here.

It is proud to offer visitors with various tourist attractions such as national parks and coastlines, as well as numerous islets in the sea. Jeollanam-do is also recognized for a variety of special dishes and fresh seafood.

光州（クァンジュ）

古くから伝統芸術と愛国忠節の地として広く知られて来た光州は、韓半島の西南部に位置する湖南の政治、経済、文化の中心都市です。市の東側には精神的象徴である無等山が聳えています。無等山が海抜1187ｍ、３つの岩峰がほぼ同じ高さで並んでいます。山頂一帯は高山植物の宝庫です。

済州道

済州道は韓国の最南端、北太平洋上に浮かぶ最大の島で、中央には韓国最高の漢拏山（ハルラサン／1950ｍ）がそびえる島。近海を流れる暖流の影響で一年を通して温暖なため、「東洋のハワイ」とも呼ばれています。また昔は耽羅国という独立国だったため、独自の風習や方言、文化などが残っており、他の地方では見られない光景に出会えるでしょう。日本からは直行便も多く出ています。島の観光は、かなり歩くので軽装と歩きやすい靴で行くといいでしょう。
